For the complete renovation of this apartment in the marais, it was necessary to redistribute the existing spaces in order to better optimize the apartment. The kitchen and the bathroom were relocated creating a large living space which benefits from cross ventilation and natural lighting. Two bedrooms were created and the office can be easily closed with double doors to create a third bedroom. The bathroom benefits from natural daylight thanks to translucent glazing. The existing tile floor was replaced with matte finished hardwood flooring and a dash of color was added in each space.

Every possibility was explored to maximize the comfort and spaces in the apartment : built in cabinets were created wherever possible to maximize the storage potential.
