This apartment located along the Rue Saint Denis was rented out with the minimum required equipment : a kitchen sink. The tenants chose to consult an architect to optimize the space. A fully equipped kitchen was installed (including an oven, dishwasher and a gas stove). The optimization of the space made it possible to accommodate a dining table near the large window which overlooks the courtyard.
